What are the delivery times?

We can take up to two days to prepare the order. Once sent, the shipping time depends on the type of products:

  • For bulky products Like beds, shipping time is 4 to 7 days working.
  • For the rest of Small parcel products Shipping time is 1 to 2 days working.

Do the merchandise upload up to home?

We guarantee the climb to the home of the beds. The rest of the products are delivered at street level, that is, the carrier does not have the obligation to upload them to the home.

Do they have assembly service?

Indeed, we have a assembly service that you can hire when ordering. It has a cost of € 98 per product mounted and you can select it on the product tab before adding it to the purchase cart.

Is assembly easy?

Generally the assembly of the products is very simple and you will have an instruction manual.

How can I coordinate the delivery with the carrier?

We work with the best carriers for our product type. Once the order is sent, you will receive a monitoring link that will allow you to see when they are going to deliver. When possible, the carrier will provide an estimated delivery date.

What is the return policy?

You have up to 30 days to return the products without cost. However, you must return the products in the same conditions that you received them and without being used. Some products do not admit returns because they are considered hygienic products. Check our return policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have not received the order yet and you do not need it anymore, contact us to cancel the order.

What do I do if I receive the incorrect or defective article?

If there is a problem with the order, simply see us and we will offer you a change or return without cost.

What guaranty have the productos?

All products have three years warranty.

Do they have technical service?

Indeed, we have technical service for the products of our brands. For third -brand products, we will evaluate whether our technical service can take charge of the incidence and contact the manufacturer if necessary.

What payment methods have?

Orders are paid in advance with a credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or dividing payment into three times without interest with Sequra. You also have the possibility to finance payment up to 12 months with Sequra.
