Position mission:

Depending on the management of the company, the mission of the position is the advice and collection of new customers through the different channels used by the company, as well as the attention of current customers. To do this, the trade advisor must meet the commercial calls received through the telephone exchange and other means of contact such as web or online chat forms, carrying out an evaluation of customer needs and guiding in the purchase, being able to close the treatment directly or send budgets. You must monitor sales opportunities and use the CRM tool used by the company to optimize commercial work, as well as carry out a after -sales monitoring and address the possible incidents produced with orders.
